Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 24 hours of order dispatch). The email will contain a tracking link.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know. We'll chase up the courier and get it sorted for you pronto. If in the worst case scenario they've lost it, we’ll send out a replacement using express shipping wherever it’s available or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer

How do I cancel or change my order?

Email hello@laptouch.io as soon as possible. We should be able to cancel or amend the order at no charge if it hasn't already been shipped.

Pre-Orders

For pre-orders via Kickstarter or any other platform, order swill be shipped once the campaign finishes and manufacturing has been completed.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders in the United States.

Estimated Shipping Time

This varies depending on the region but is generally 2-5 business days for North America, 5-10 business days to UK & EU and 7-20 business days to the rest of the world. For products in stock, we usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. For pre-orders shipping time commences after manufacturing has finished.

Taxes, Customs and Duties

Some parts of the world may incur additional charges in the form of taxes, customs and duties. Unless stated, Neosapien will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email our support team.

Returns

Neosapien will accept for returns items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of the order ship date. A full refund will be provided upon receipt of the item. They will be made in the form of the original payment method.

How to Return Your Order

Contact us via our email or contact form with your order number and the item you want to return. Please ensure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit. Items must be returned in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.
